Hand-E-Foam antibacterial hand sanitizer utilizes benzethonium chloride for hand sanitizing without the use of alcohol. Enriched with vitamin E, it does not dry out the skin like many other hand sanitizers. Can be used as a minor antiseptic in first aid. Won’t leave a sticky or tacky residue. No Rinse.
